    In this role you will provide effective leadership to the service and will be a role model to your staff team. Your main focus would be to ensure the team provides safe, sound and supportive care to the people they support.

    Working with the multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities and regulatory bodies, you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a high-quality service and promoting a positive culture.

    As an ambassador for your service, you will provide leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring each individual plays their part in promoting choice and independence for the people they support. Ultimately you will meet targets set out in our Quality Strategy, which will ensure your service is providing the best quality support and care possible.


    You will...

    • In this role your main focus would be to provide safe, sound and supportive care to the people you support.
    • You will have working relationships with the nursing and multi-disciplinary teams, and will play an important role in the lives of the people you support, as well as their families or loved ones. 
    • As a key member of the support team, you may be required to contribute to service user multi-disciplinary meetings.
    • The support and care you provide will be respectful, dignified and caring, following each individual's person-centred care plan to promote choice and independence.


    So what qualifications and attributes do you need?

    • We would welcome applicants who are proven leaders and have worked with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care
    • Previous Team Leader experience is essential
    • A passion to help others and possess the skills to motivate your team to be the best versions of themselves
    • The ability to use your own initiative and work independently
    • To effectively complete all Team Leader duties
    • Willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification
