    You will be fundamental in achieving excellent standards towards service users and the involvement of patient experience. Two key elements of this role will be to co-ordinate the administration function for the CPA (Care Programme Approach) 20 standards and My Shared Pathway. You will be required to assist the service users lead and the hospital in monitoring and improving all aspects of the patient experience.

     

    You Will:

    • Diarise and ensure the smooth running of the Care Programme Approach process for patients.
    • Produce a further monthly audit evidencing adherence to the CPA 20 Standards
    • Assists the hospital service user lead in the MSP framework
    • Send all service user discharge summaries to external care teams, log and audit on a bi-weekly basis
    • Setup rooms for all CPAs as per service user requests
    • Prepare reports and other written material to a high standard
    • Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
    • Minute take to a high standard
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Ability to work flexibly
    • Team player
    • Completes audits to show progress of MSP implementation
    • Produces and collates questionnaire results to evidence MSP
    • Take minutes in Peoples Council Meetings
