    As a RegionalAdministrator you will be responsible for the smooth running of the administration of two residential services as required, which includes maintaining adequate supplies, stock, equipment and in obtaining a high standard of record keeping.

    Please note: You will be required to travel between two sites in Halifax and Bradford so own transport is mandatory for the role. 

     

    Your Day-to-Day…

    You’ll be working 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday in a Residential setting.

    • Co-ordinating training and maintaining accurate attendance records
    • Maintain and ordering adequate supplies of stationery and forms, performing audits of personnel documentation.
    • Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
    • Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard
    • Keep files & records as required
    • Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the hospital runs smoothly
    • Occasional minute taking at meetings & taking notes for meetings as & when required
    • Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.

     


     You are…

    • An experienced administrator  
    • Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
    • Experience of line managing and mentoring junior staff desirable.
    • Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
    • A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet.
