    Cygnet Children’s Services are currently looking for passionate, energetic and caring Residential Team Leaders to join our new service based in **Preston/Warrington**

    The Position

    This is an exciting role within an experienced residential support team. Working closely with the Home Manager and Team Leader onsite you will work with our Young People to promote independence whilst providing a safe and structured environment.

     

    You will work closely with our Young People to provide support with daily activities whilst understanding the needs of each individual.

    Experience:

    • NVQ Level 2 Children’s and Young People work force is desired but not essential.
