    Cygnet Yew Trees:

    Based in the village of Kirby-le-Soken, Essex, Cygnet Yew Trees is a 10 bed specialist high dependency complex care service providing assessment and treatment for women with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team can also support people with additional mental and physical health needs, those with complex behaviours, as well as those who have been detained under the Mental Health Act.

    In this role you will provide effective leadership to the service and will be a role model to your staff team. Your main focus would be to ensure the team provides safe, sound and supportive care to the people they support.

    Working with the multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities and regulatory bodies, you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a high-quality service and promoting a positive culture.

    As an ambassador for your service, you will provide leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring each individual plays their part in promoting choice and independence for the people they support. Ultimately you will meet targets set out in our Quality Strategy, which will ensure your service is providing the best quality support and care possible.

    Qualified Nurse (RNLD or RMN)
    Previous management experience is essential
