    The HR Analyst will report to the Head of Reward, the post holder will support the Reward Function and take responsibility for Pension auto enrolment, opt in, opt out as well as to take part in analytical projects.

    What you will do:

    • Act as first point of contact for all Pension related queries, carry out monthly auto enrolment process, opt in, opt out and retirement requests.
    • Support the HR analyst and the Benefits Manager with health care scheme, life cover, EAP, childcare vouchers and the launch of any other benefits.
    • Act as a contact for various providers e.g.Cash plan provider, EAP, Reward Gateway.
    • Support Unit HR administrators and carry out general MI.
    • Analyse data and carry out reports for the senior management team.
    • Assist on ad hoc projects as required and assist in driving change and harmonising terms and conditions.
    • Carry out data cleanse.
    • Update Reward policies as required.

    What we are looking for:

    • Previous experience of working in a Reward/HR Team
    • ‘GCSE/A’ Levels or equivalent qualification (Degree Level Qualification Desirable)
    • A thorough knowledge of MS Excel
    • Experience of working with large amount of data.
    • Strong understanding of Pensions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Positive and proactive attitude
    • Ability to establish and maintain efficient working relationships
    • Work on own initiative and with minimum supervision
    • Ability to work under pressure, with a confident approach
    • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
