    The post-holder will be responsible for the provision of efficient and effective systems to support corporate HR and Training processes, utilisation of the HR system and for the development and implementation of management reporting systems to support Operational management, NHS England reporting and the HR Business Partner.

    You will be in liaison with the central recruitment team and Ward Managers to ensure the unit recruitment process is efficient, potential candidates are provided with a very positive in unit experience and the process is in line with the corporate recruitment policy.

    • Relevant experience in busy office environment
    • Experience of working in a HR or Training department
    • Good oral and written communication
