    Your Day-to-Day…

    You’ll be working 40 hours a week in a 30 bed specialist high dependency inpatient rehabilitationservice for men dedicated to providing a high quality environment for promoting long-term recovery.

    You will:

    • Assess, formulate, implement & evaluate treatment plans in a variety of settings
    • Manage a defined caseload of clients using evidenced based practice / client based principles
    • Receive support from the OT Clinical Lead to further develop your OT experience and skill
    • Actively participate in the planning, development & evaluation of OT services

    You are... 

    • Qualified in Occupational Therapy – degree, diploma or equivalent 

    • HPCP registered and a member of a professional body

    • An excellent communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills & a positive approach
    • Experienced in OT processes/interventions & can take a hands-on approach
    • Preferably experienced in the field of mental health
    • Empathetic, sensitive & able to remain calm in challenging situations
    • Highly organised & clear, professional & concise report writer
