    Salary - £18 000 per annum

    Location – HR & Recruitment Office, 18-19 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham, B2 5QJ

    Hours – 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday

    Closing date – 25th October 2019

    As an In-House recruiter you’ll help ensure the vacancy requests from our sites are advertised clearly and accurately with a view to sourcing, sifting and selecting successful applicants for interview.

    Your Day-to-Day...

    ·         Managing booking of Psychiatry and AHP locums over all Cygnet sites in the UK

    ·         Working closely with Medical Directors and Hospital Managers to check if we are facing any issues/concerns with locums

    ·         Provide a timely & proactive response to all sites and agencies

    ·         Negotiating rates with agencies to cut down on cost of Locums for the organisation

    ·         Introducing new locums to external bank system and ensuring all checks are completed before booking into any shifts

    ·         Weekly conference calls with MD’s to give regular updates and status on locums
     

    You are...

    ·         A recruiter with at least 12 months experience

    ·         Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions

    ·         Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative

    ·         A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills

    ·         Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet.
