    We are looking for a flexible Assistant Cook for our site in Chesterfield.

     

    In this role you’ll:


    • Assist with the preparation of all meals for staff and patients
    • Stock rotation
    • Put away all deliveries
    • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen service areas and staff dining room


    We're looking for people who have:
     

    • Previous catering experience
    • A basic food hygiene certificate
    • A polite and professional attitude to internal and external quests at all times

    Hours:

    Shifts: Fulltime - Mon - Fri (including weekends)

  • Cygnet Acer Clinic is a 28 bed rehabilitation service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.

    Rehabilitation is provided in a therapeutic environment, with a level of security matched to individual needs. The aim of the treatment, rehabilitation and re-socialisation programme is to prepare the people in our care either for transfer to conditions of lesser security, or for a life in the community.

     

    This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
