    We are looking for a Mental health Support Worker to join our new team on a full time/Bank basis, at our brand new service Cygnet Pindar House. Cygnet Pindar House is a new 22 bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility opening in December 2019 for men affected by acquired brain injuries. 

    In this role you’ll:

    • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our patients
    • Work in the hospital area, providing guidance and encouragement to patients through physical and emotional support
    • Maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment to live and work in
    • Assist patients with their medical and welfare needs and report as required
    • Safeguard patients
    • Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.

  • Cygnet Pindar House is a new 22 bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility opening in December 2019 for men affected by acquired brain injuries. It is a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease, like Huntington’s Disease, a caring and long term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms. This service will be able to accept unplanned, often urgent admissions where a service user requires a safe place to start treatment at the earliest possible time.
