    Job Description

    We are searching for a Junior Software Developer to join our team and work in close collaboration with data analysts and clinical staff. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of software development, including, generation, and visualisation. Additionally, you should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth in line with business and clinical needs. You will report to the Head of Applications Development.

    Job Responsibilities

    Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.

    Acquire data from bespoke sources and maintain databases and data systems

    Collaborate with other team members to complete work items identified during a development phase (such as a Sprint).

    Balance the need for adequate software testing and elegant design with the need to fulfil the delivery schedule set out by senior staff, customers and stakeholders.

    Provide support to the end users as 1st Line Engineer

    You will have:

    Technical knowledge regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

    Knowledge of and experience with the .Net framework, C#, databases (SQL etc), XML, Javascript

    Analytical skills

    Excellent communication skills in order to interpret clinical requirements

    Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

    Good problem solving skills

    Ability to think creatively and innovatively
