    In this role you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on patients, service users & their families.

    We are looking for professional, ambitious and passionate individuals to provide care and support to our service users ensuring individuals retain as much of their dignity and individuality as possible as well as being involved in the general activities of the home.

    Located in Macclesfield, Broughton Lodge is a 20 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

    Your Day-to-Day…

    • You’ll be working 42 hours a week on a rota basis in a residential setting with adults with autism and learning difficulties.
    • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
    • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
    • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
    • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
    • Safeguard residents
    • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all

    • Helping to empower & support service user independence.
    • Flexible to work 12 hour shift patterns on a rota basis including weekends
    • A driver with own transport due to rural location of the home
