is a Residential Care Home with Nursing for adults living with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.Thornfield Grange is an impressive period property situated in the bustling market town of Bishop Auckland, surrounded by beautiful County Durham countryside  We support people with autistic spectrum conditions who are also living with a learning disability and complex needs. The team can also support individuals who have complex behaviours, as well as those who have significant difficulties with social engagement.

People may come to Thornfield Grange for many reasons. They may be moving on from a hospital setting or may require a service which can support them more than a residential placement. It may be that they are leaving a residential or home setting and require a little support during a difficult period in their life, or they could be on a pathway to a place of their own
