    Salary £30,000 p.a., plus £3,000 pa Car Allowance, plus performance-related Bonus up to £2,500 p.a.

    As Business Relations Associate you’ll provide field based support to one of Cygnet’s Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) whom you will report directly into.

    The role will entail the post holder visiting a variety of customers who could be based at psychiatric hospitals, community bases or other NHS premises to sell Cygnet services. The Business Relationship Manager will direct the post holder to target areas ensuring coverage and frequency of calling on customers is maximised but is also appropriate.

    You will be required to be ”out and about” approximately 80% of the time and will have a territory that is focused on London and the South of England

    Your Day-to-Day...

    To map NHS teams and contacts across the territory, re-establishing contact with existing, and establishing rapport with new customers as directed by your BRM, adding full details to the CRM system

    To make appointments with and visit a weekly target number of customers as directed by your BRM, in order to sell the range of Cygnet services.

    To capture key information on customers and any intelligence gathered on the Cygnet CRM system

    To support the BRMs in the execution of their roles

    To attend pipeline meetings at Cygnet hospitals within the territory, ensuring good relationships with the hospital teams are built and maintained.

    To participate fully in conferences and other events identified as opportunities to engage with the market

    Data analysis / generation of reports as required

    To act in accordance with all Cygnet Health Care policies.

    To fully respect and preserve patient and business confidentiality.

    You are...

    Knowledgeable with regard to NHS structures and mental health services

    Passionate about recovery from mental illness and service user experience

    Experienced in working within a sales environment

    A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills

    Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet.
