  • We are a looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated marketing professional, with the ability and eagerness to apply their skills and experience in specialist healthcare marketing. Excellent communication skills, ability to manage own workload and a positive approach to work are essential. This position is to be based at our Millbank office and report to Cygnet’s Marketing Manager.

    Key duties & responsibilities:

    • Support the marketing department in implementing the marketing strategy
    • Copywriting and production of offline and online materials
    • Liaising with our services for the latest news and information, ensuring that materials are kept up to date
    • Work in partnership with the business relationship team, operations directors, service managers and clinical teams in order to promote our services
    • Coordination, promotion and attendance of events and exhibitions
    • Design, drafting and scheduling of email campaigns
    • Proofreading of marketing collateral
    • Developing and posting content on our social media channels
    • Coordination and design of infographics for social media
    • Adding and updating website content when required
    • Any ad-hoc marketing related activity defined by the marketing team or other departments
    • Act as a brand guardian

    Essential skills & requirements:

    • Relevant degree in Marketing or related discipline is essential
    • Proven track record of managing and delivering marketing campaigns
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills with superb attention to detail
    • Previous experience of working in a similar role within healthcare desirable
    • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work independently and to use own initiative when appropriate
    • Be able to work within a team with team members that are based at various locations around the UK
    • Previous experience of copywriting
    • A high level of computer literacy including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience of using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop highly desirable
    • Experience with email marketing tools and Google Analytics
