    Cygnet Hospital Sheffield offers low secure and mental health rehabilitation services for women and CAMHS services for male and female adolescents over four distinct wards. We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Sheffield.

    In this role you’ll;

    •       Liaise with the central recruitment team and Ward Managers to ensure the unit recruitment process is efficient.

    •       Maintain recruitment documentation to company standards, including DBS and risk assessments where applicable

    •       Responsible for the maintenance of personnel files to ensure all starters and leavers paperwork and contractual amendments are processed effectively including secondments, job changes and pay changes, this involves creation of appropriate documentation, payroll notification and updating the HR system.

    •       Support of company maternity and paternity processes, including meetings with staff and communication of entitlement, correspondence with staff and communication with finance/payroll.

    •       Liaise with the HR Business Partner on the case management of any high risk cases and employment tribunals

    •       Organise the provision of induction sessions for new starters to the hospital

    •       Ensure new Support workers are compliant with Care Certificate standards and are provided with the Cygnet care certificate workbooks as required

    •       Responsible for the accuracy of data reporting on the HR systems and Training databases
