    The Role:

    Reporting to the Property Commercial Director you will play an integral role in working across the Cygnet property team and portfolio coordinating critical project information and assisting multiple staff within teams so that we maintain live data and timely information.

    You will also manage the Cygnet brand from an estates perspective implementing the interior design branding and approach. This will involve where necessary working with external companies and third parties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strong administrative skills including adhoc working including Microsoft software packages, file management, uploads, spreadsheet, programmes and the like.
    • Work with the entire team supporting all staff where planned and on a sporadic basis.
    • You will high an eye for detail including document and email processing for a wider executive audience involving meticulous checking.
    • Support and coordinate administrative tasks associated with invites, event correspondence, logistics and event set-up.
    • Support procurement transactions as required to include quote requests and purchase orders.
    • Promote and ensure the Cygnet brand is executed across the portfolio

    Experience:

    • You will have a relevant qualification or experience in this field.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
    • You will be a self-starter able to work independently and within a team environment. 
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
