    We are currently seeking a Ward Activity Facilitator to work 40 hours per week.

    In this role you’ll:

    • Support and assist the relevant qualified clinicians (Occupational Therapists & Psychologists) in the implementation of a structured patient week that includes group and individual work across seven days
    • Assist in the planning of the structured patient day in relation to meaningful activities and therapeutic programmes.
    • Deliver group-based psychological interventions (e.g. DBT Skills Training & Mindfulness groups) as directed by the qualified psychologist
    • Liaise with MDT’s and key clinical / medical staff on behalf of the relevant therapies staff, participating in decision making forums including the care planning process as required
    • Maintain and promulgate the highest standards of clinical record keeping including electronic data entry and recording, report writing and the responsible exercise of professional self-governance in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
