Gledholt is an enhanced community residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

The home is divided into two distinct living areas, the main house and the coach house. The main house, which is split across three floors offers seven en-suite bedrooms, communal living areas and a kitchen on each floor to enable the residents to shop for and prepare their own meals. The coach house is a two bedroom service giving the individuals we support the option to spend time in their own space or in the main house.

We have MDT on site, consisting of psychologist, psychology assistants, occupational therapist, speech and language therapists as well as 24/7 support from the nursing team. This means that we are able to meet the changing needs of our residents as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported.
