    We are looking for a Deputy Service Manager who is RMN/RNLD Qualified to join our team at Cygnet Old Leigh House. 

    Old Leigh House:

    Old Leigh House supports men living with a learning disability and complex needs. The team can also support those who have mental and physical health needs, as well as complex behaviours and a history of offending.

    In this role you will provide effective leadership to the service and will be a role model to your staff team. Your main focus would be to ensure the team provides safe, sound and supportive care to the people they support whilst working cosely wth the Service Manager.

    Working with the multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities and regulatory bodies, you will have responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a high-quality service and promoting a positive culture.

    So what qualifications and attributes do you need?

    • Full time contract
    • Must be a qualified RNLD/RMN
    • Must have a minimum 3 years managerial/Nursing experience
    • Should have knowledge Care Quality Commission inspection.
    • Must have held a senior staff nurse post or managerial qualification and or level 5 in Leadership and Management and or willing to complete.
