    St Teilo are looking for an exoerience Head of Care to join our team, 

    St Teilo House:
    Cygnet St. Teilo House is a 23-bed service specialising in high dependency inpatient rehabilitation for women. Our state-of-the-art service has been designed with wellness in mind, providing a safe and comfortable environment that promotes efficient rehabilitation and recovery.

    In this role you will provide effective leadership to the service and will be a role model to your staff team. Your main focus would be to ensure the team provides safe, sound and supportive care to the people they support.

    Your Day-to-Day...

    • Provide leadership, direction and supervision to all clinical and support staff.
    • Implement and evaluate agreed systems of clinical and operational support aimed at the continual professional development of the Nursing Team and delivery of a high level of care to our clients.
    • Provide effective communication to both the care team and Multi-Disciplinary Team, acting as a positive role model at all times.

    So what qualifications and attributes do you need?

    • We would welcome applicants who are proven leaders and have worked with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care
    • Qualified Nurse (RNLD or RMN)
    • Previous management experience is essential
