    The Support Administrator will undertake the general duties of a Receptionist to include the main point of contact for answering the telephone and receiving/greeting of visitors, as well as any other relevant administration tasks identified by the management.

    You will also assist the management team with the administration of any recruitment/HR functions as needed.

    In this role you will :

    Maintain complete and  accurate records for the West Midlands Bank Pool using computer and manual systems
    Where applicable, cover the work of the Receptionist on a rota basis
    Process all payroll information on a weekly basis
    Maintain complete Staff files ensuring they are keep up to date and in line with Healthcare Commission regulations.  Ensuring that HR system remains accurate with all staff data recorded.
    Operate office equipment such as fax, photocopier and computer as required, as well as supply administrative services to the Bank Pool Manager Manager as required.
    Provide administration support to all disciplines within the Bank Pool Role, meeting deadlines, compiling reports for reviews, meetings etc.
    Order and maintain records of staff uniforms
    Undertake other duties, as required, by the Bank Pool Manager.
    Onboarding and completion of recruitment processes and proceedures

    We are looking for people who have:

    Able to work on own initiative
    Good interpersonal skills
    Positive approach
    Knowledge of Windows operating system – Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent
    Understanding of payroll
    Good communication skills and confident manner
    1-3 years or more Administration experience or evidence of the same
    Ability to organise own time and workload
