  • Cygnet Health Care are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team looking afer our two services in Stoke-on-Trent. Situated on the same road, Cygnet Glyn House and Cygnet Morgan House.

    Cygnet Glyn House:
    Glyn House is our new residential service for individuals aged 18+ with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural support needs. This service offers specialist care and support which is tailored to individual needs.

    Glyn House is a detached property situated in the bustling residential area of Blythe Bridge, Stoke-on-Trent. We have good transport links with Blythe Bridge station being half a mile away and Stoke-on-Trent less than a ten minute drive.

    Cygnet Morgan House:
    Morgan House is our residential service for individuals aged 18+ with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural support needs.

    Morgan House is a semi-detached five bed property situated in the bustling residential area of Blythe Bridge, Stoke-on-Trent. We have good transport links with Blythe Bridge station being half a mile away and Stoke-on-Trent less than a ten minute drive.

    Cygnet Health Care:

    In this role you will provide effective leadership to the service and will be a role model to your staff team. Your main focus would be to ensure the team provides safe, sound and supportive care to the people they support.

    Working with the multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities and regulatory bodies, you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a high-quality service and promoting a positive culture.

    As an ambassador for your service, you will provide leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring each individual plays their part in promoting choice and independence for the people they support. Ultimately you will meet targets set out in our Quality Strategy, which will ensure your service is providing the best quality support and care possible.

    So what qualifications and attributes do you need?

    • We would welcome applicants who are proven leaders and have worked with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care
    • L5 or Equivalent in Social Care
    • Previous management experience is essential
