    Your Day-to-Day...

    You will be working Monday - Friday 5 hours per day

     

    Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support to assist with recruitment and retention of staff as well as training co-ordination
    Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard
    Keep files & records as required
    Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
    Minute taking at meetings as & when required
    Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.
     

    You are...

    An experienced administrator
    Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
    Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
    A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills
    Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet.

  • Located within the community of Edgbaston, Birmingham, Willow House supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team can also support individuals who have associated mental and physical health needs, as well as those with behaviours that may challenge.
