    Salary – £25-28K p.a dependent on experience

    Location – Regionally based but some travel required nationally

    Closing Date – 18th June 2020

    Cygnet Health Care have been providing a national network of high quality specialist mental health and Learning Disabilities services for more than 30 years.

    We are looking for a number of experienced trainers to join the Learning & Development team.

    You will be required to deliver Physical Interventions Training throughout the U.K to a range of staff in a variety of different services.

    You will need to have at least two years clinical experience which involves the use of Restrictive physical Interventions.

    Be a qualified Instructor in MAPA/ PMVA (level 1as a minimum).

    Be Familiar with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards 2019.

    Have experience in leading and delivering Physical Interventions training programmes.
