  • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Relationship Manager to join Cygnet Health Care. 

    ** Please note this role is a remote role **

    Cygnet Health Care are looking for an experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team.

    The Role:

    The role is primarily selling Cygnet’s acute, PICU and CAMHS services to key stakeholders involved in purchasing acute, PICU and CAMHS out of area placements. This will be achieved by building partnerships and relationships between Cygnet and our NHS customers across approximately 50% of the country (East/South East). To be the point customer contact for generating and managing block contracts and also for resolving any issues our customers have. To implement annual fee reviews ensuring overall revenue targets are achieved. To identify service gaps in the market that Cygnet could provide based on local demand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To sell Cygnets acute, PICU and CAMHS services to new and existing customers.
    • To manage the relationship with your customers so that Cygnet are the provider of choice
    • To increase the volume of block contracts and ensure existing ones are well managed
    • To sustain existing and build new long term relationships at all levels between the defined NHS customers and yourself plus other relevant Cygnet personnel.
    • To travel at least 3 days per week, covering a large geography

    So what qualifications and attributes do you need?

    • Have commercial healthcare experience specifically in acute and PICU services first hand either commercially or in a bed management role.
    • Understand the national agenda for Mental Health and be able to demonstrate this knowledge and how you would apply it to this role.
    • To have proven selling skills and/or influencing skills, ideally in your current role.

    Requirements
